We invite you to our table at the farmer’s home for a meal built on what the land and the seasons provide.
We are small-scale farmers running a niche agriculture, and to us, a good meal starts with the ingredients. We take pride in using everything the farm gives us. The menu is based on our own lamb, calf veal, and eggs from our free-range hens. To honor the “nose-to-tail” tradition of the Faroe Islands, we also prepare traditional dishes using organ meats.
Whatever we don’t produce ourselves, we source from other locals. It is food with a clear sense of place.
The cooking is rooted in Faroese traditions and old family recipes, but we like to follow our intuition and add a creative touch. It’s honest, flavorful, and served exactly as we like to eat it ourselves.

• The Menu: A full meal including a starter, main course, and dessert. Drinks are included.
• The Experience: A relaxed meal in our home for up to 10 people, where tradition meets our own ideas in the kitchen.
• Price: 895,- DKK per person.
• Children: 0–6 years: Free / 7–12 years: 500,- DKK.
